Thinking about work

If you are not working it can be hard to know where to start.  You may feel that you do not have the right experience or your skills are out of date.  It can also be challenging to go back to work when your confidence is low and you are not sure if you could cope in a work environment.

We can help you plan a way back to work at your pace and with the support available throughout your time with our services.  You can change the plan as you progress if you want to change direction, slow down, speed up, retrace a step or follow more than one option at a time.

Our services are linked to mental health services, other mental health voluntary sector services, volunteering agencies, training providers, benefit advisors, community groups and employers.

If you would like to talk to someone about how we can support you then please call Upskill on 020 7729 7557 or email [email protected]
