Sew and Support

Sew and Support is a vocational training social enterprise for people who are experiencing mental health issues.

Individuals learn aspects of domestic and light industrial sewing, hand embroidery, pattern making, cutting, over locking, making button holes, finishing skills, and complete commercial work for a variety of customers. 

Cost and referrals

The service is open to residents of Tower Hamlets residents and other boroughs. Please call Arif Miah on 020 7247 1910 for information about the placement fees for non Tower Hamlet clients.
